Privacy notice
BYDMate stores your Google account identity, vehicle membership, vehicle VIN, telemetry, trips, charging and diagnostic data so the service can show information for vehicles you are allowed to access.
Vehicle members can see only their vehicles. Platform administrators can access all accounts and vehicles for support, security and operation.
Raw telemetry is retained for 30 days, detailed trip/charging/camera metadata for 90 days, minute summaries for 365 days, and hourly rollups for long-term history. Video remains in the vehicle and is relayed only for an authorized live session.
When an account is deleted, application data is removed. Email, Firebase identity and associated VINs remain as a minimal indefinite eligibility and abuse-prevention record, as disclosed during Beta.
